The materials consist primarilyof correspondence, committee records, meeting minutes, membership lists, keepsakepublications, lecture program posters, and cassette audiorecordings of lecture speakers.Also included are undergraduate essays, publicity materials and photographs. The records are arranged in five series: 1) CORRESPONDENCE, 2) SUBJECT FILES, 3) BOOKCOLLECTION CONTEST MATERIALS, 4) PUBLICATIONS, and 5) LECTURE PROGRAMS.
